Fish:                Grilled Swordfish served with stoned ground grits, wilted swiss chard and roasted garlic butter sauce

Risotto:           Shrimp and Asparagus

Prime Meat:    Open Faced pork roulade with green tomato chow chow stoned ground grits and raisin curry sauce
