Risotto:        Broccoli and Scallops with Parmesan Cheese

Prime:           USDA prime Porter House 32oz cut with Glazed Ginger a touch of honey and Cajun crusted Served with sauteed mustard greens and finger potatoes

Entree:          Braise Rabbit with carrots, turnips, and mustard greens
