Ravioli:      Chicken and Spinach with a Caramelized Sweet Onion and Smoked Panchetta Creme Sauce

Risotto:     Smoke Chicken and Cremini Mushrooms

Fish:          Pan Seared Red Snapper served with Asian Style Sauteed Vegetables, and paired with a Pea Shoot Salad

Entre:        16oz Cast Ironed seared Rib eye served with Red Skin Whipped Potatoes and Topped with a Venison sausage whipped Gravy
