Fish:                 Grilled Snapper Served with a Fennel, Broccoli, Turnip, & Tomato Saute; then Lightly Covered with a Ginger Lemon Broth

Fish:                Grilled Grouper Served with a Fennel, Broccoli, Turnip, & Tomato Saute; then Lightly Covered with a Ginger Lemon Broth

Prime:             Half Rack of Pork Ribs Covered with a Black Berry BBQ Sauce, & a 12oz Veal Chop Stuffed with Spinach & Mozzarella; then Covered with a Mushroom Demi Sauce, & Served Macaroni & Cheese
