Soup:           Gazpacho with Chilled Shrimp

Entree:        16 oz. Ribeye Steak served with a Roasted Garlic Creme, and Sauteed Spinach

Fish:            Pan Seared Wild Stripe Bass served with a Herbed Couscous, and a Grape Tomato Relish.

Risotto:      Smoked Chicken, Cremini Mushrooms, and Parmesan Cheese

Ravioli:      Sausage & Broccolinni tossed in a Spicy Pesto Creme Sauce
