Risotto:       Smoked Chicken served with Asparagus and Cremini Mushrooms

Appetizer:    Lightly Fired Calamari with a Spicy Aioli

Fish:             Pan Seared Salmon Wrapped in with Prosciutto and served with a Tomato and Broccolinni Risotto
